People in third world countries are poor and can’t afford a nice place to sleep? 

I grew up in India and I had a proper bed to sleep on, sometimes I slept on the floor with a bedding. :/ Differences in culture does not mean we live in poverty. GTFO with this bullshit.

I was trying to word it correctly, but YES. The whole “u live in third world country u sleep in DIRT!!!” thing.

i was born in the states and this still bothers me a little. i have a few family members from nigeria and an uncle from cameroon and a friend whose mother is from nigeria too. my cousin’s ex-wife is nigerian and her family is RICH in the states and nigeria, my uncle wasn’t rich but he wasn’t sleeping on the floor, and my friend’s mom’s family was also rich enough to send her to boarding school in europe and the states.

why do they always make it seem like african countries are ALWAYS suffering when there are parts that aren’t? everyone isn’t dirt poor. there are people there richer than a lot of people here in the states.
